Monday

Description:

Today was what Megan called her “tough love day.” She gave me a few press releases to send and post and told me she wasn’t going to give me much help because she wanted to see what I could do without her help. I had only sent and post one or two press releases previous to today so I had a little bit of trouble at first.  After that, I inched and continued sorting the clips pile.

Reflection:

Tough love day was very beneficial. Although I did struggle on a few parts of posting to the web, like uploading an image, it helped me. Megan also pointed out that I am a very literal learner so I had trouble because the directions were not exact.

Wednesday 

Description:

Today when I got to the office I put up a sign board. It was difficult because the title of the event was very long. When I returned to my desk I was assigned three press releases to send and post to the web. After I completed these I continued working on SU clips for the remainder of my shift. 

Reflection: 

I was a lot better at posting to the web this time as well as writing the emails. I have improved a lot in the past few weeks and I am very excited. I still had trouble uploading the photo to the website, but for next time I will know what to do and I don't think I will forget. Tough love day definitely helped me out today because I obtained a lot more information.
